After weeks of saying I wouldn't, I upgraded my beloved x100 to the S model. This is my first attempt as a proper photo with it (just window light and a pop up background) and I think it will do. I love the mix of sweet and spooky that Hellie is showing here.

I like it too Ian.

How you finding the new camera. i had a look at the x100 when they first came out to add a small camera to my current gear but didn't end up getting one.

The S looks better again so maybe the time is right.

I'm loving it but then I love the x100 as well. The new one is a definite improvement and looking at this shot I'm not sure why I have other cameras.

Thanks! Her proper name is Helen but we call her Hellie as we already have an Auntie Helen. And Helen sounds a bit too serious for a girl who makes faces like this:

HA! love it... I did a quick search and it is a name, that is why I was curious. Well that and my wife is picking names for our first child.

Ahhh, I thought maybe you called her Hellie, because she raised a lot of .... oh nevermind ;-) That *is* a kinda spooky picture - especially with that doll.
