There is a part of Anchorage that is home to many transient inebriates. One of the landowners in the area was frustrated by all of the plastic liquor bottles he kept picking up in front of his business. So one day, he grabbed a bunch of them and wired them to the cyclone fence enclosing his property. Of all the images he could have made, he went with this heart. It is ironic, sad and oddly beautiful.
