We are planning a trip to Europe for July 2013 and are having a difficult time trying to decide where to go with our three weeks. This thread is no help, as I figure I know where I want to go and then Wilhelm posts some intriguing images; ok, that settled, then Michiel jumps in. And then Carsten and ... maybe we'll just stay home.
Not much to look at in my neighbourhood this gloomy day. A7r / FE35, some alts may follow later:
For stopped down shooting below f/4, this is really a bargain. Costs nothing and is very small and light, especially since the adapter is shorter than usual for SLR lenses.
Wide open, not so much fun anymore except for the middle of the frame.

...and barely there I would say. If you had told me/us you wanted to try the Konica 40/1.8 you could have got my copy with adapter for a long term loan. I admit I mounted the combo to the A7, once.
Here's another, this time the a7 with a ZM 2/35 Biogon. It smears horribly as expected but it's primarily for my Leica body anyway since I have the FE 35/2.8 Sonnar ZA.
Focused close the ZM 2/35 seems to be okay for the most part. Smearing not as apparent in this interior shot: Production Road by christianyves, on Flickr

I had two copies already that I haven't payed a nickel for, so I gave one to a friend and decided to get a cheap adapter to at least try the other. I think it might be my sharpest lens at f/5.6, so definitely worth keeping.
