Lots of fine work here, people, but I cannot fail to admire Tim's shuttle shot with the 15 and Bob's unbeeeeeeelievable frozen waterfall and ice shots. Whew! Also thought the ski shot with the FE 35 was a true illustration of how good this midget is, in the right hands, that is. Nice!
Super pair of shots, JaKo, and I love dog shots too!
In my case, I am just coming to grips with my A7R. Not much time to shoot. Here is 'Lux 50 at f:2.0
Last day with the A7. I'll be writing up my full review soon, but overall, it's a very good camera. Excellent RAW quality, a comfortable body, relatively responsive and good AF. On the downside, the JPEG engine beyond ISO 400 is simply godawful (With NR on, detail is smeared beyond belief and with it off, the it's an artifact nightmare) and while image quality overall is outstanding, it's really not that big of a jump over something like the Fuji X-E2. Almost identical noise performance with a little more detail and a little more DR. The 35/2.8 is a really excellent lens, though.
Overall, I liked it a LOT more than the NEX-7, and could definitely see myself shooting with one long-term if they get a good lens lineup that won't destroy the pocketbook, though I'm in no rush to jump on one for myself. But Sony did a heck of a lot right with this camera.
Anyway, here are some from today and last night, all with the FE 35/2.8:
These are all out of camera JPEG. These two B&W at ISO 200:
ISO 5,000 JPEG (looks good at web size, detail is awful close up):
