Ah yes...tools of self esteem destruction...I have spent most of my life trying to get good at golf...then I just kinda quit and don't really play anymore...it is a frustrating game with a very odd set of tools. Nice entry this week Jon.
Thanks Jim, Travis and Chad. I'm glad to hear I'm not alone. I'm pretty terrible. I started playing a few months ago, and I'm trying to tell myself that it has to get better, but it seems that may not be the case
It does get better...it just take a long flippin time...I played varsity level golf in high school, was a 2 handicap...maintained a single digit handicap until a few years ago when it got too expensive to play, and now that I have a child...even if I have the money I don't have the time...
