Yes, i have seen the change in the local kestrel, he stays above the buildings perching always alert for the coopers, i personall
y have seen battles with the male, but the female coopers is treated with much more respect, eventually i feel all kestrels will be much more vigilent and will turn their numbers around, this coopers hawk mini invasion is all new to the urban kestrel ive been watching since childhood when you were extremely lucky to even see one, sharp shinned hawks also are not as common around feeders in winter like they used to be
