Out at the lake yesterday focusing on some long exposure infrared images. Was hoping to catch a little lightning but mother nature had other ideas.
Anyway really liked how this image turned out with the long exposure

I finally had to go look up Pedernal...makes a lot more sense now that I know what it means!

Very nice image Klaus. I love the mood you have created here. Maybe my eyes are going (or monitor), but is that a rock underwater in the foreground?

Thanks and,Pedernal was and still is a sacred mountain to the native American people here in New Mexico. It's a pretty cool place.
