My girl is 3 and my boy was born a few days ago. She has been great and is acting like a mini-mommy, but we still do lots of daddy/daughter things to keep her happy and busy. I wanted to do a simple newborn shoot on the trail we always use to go throw rocks in the lake, but couldn't think of a prop. Then I remembered the old junker chairs in the basement, grabbed the paint, and gave the little one a brush.

Image 2 is priceless ! Image 4 is very nice. I think image 1 would benefit from a little cropping.

You did a nice job capturing them when the light was good.

That chair was poorly stripped ugly pine two hours before the shoot. Thank god for a dry hot day to get the paint dry quick
