Love the Z8 as it allows me to use some of the sony e mount gems (as well as the nikon gems)

So I just had my SY50AFII out with my A9iii doing some event shooting and was NOT impressed. Eye AF was very weak compared to the 24GM I was also using. I'm now looking into native Sony glass at 50mm, which I have avoided since I don't shoot 50 much, but I am slowly warning to it for event work. Does the ZA50 focus quickly on modern bodies like the A1 and A9iii? Does anyone have experience with it on the A9ii tracking what I would call "moderate speed" moving people? (I.e. I loading boxes from a truck - not a full on field sports)

I moved from A7III to A1 when I still had 50ZA and the improvement in AF was noticeable. AFAIR you will get "only" 20 fps but tracking should be pretty good...
