Recent summer storms provided outstanding conditions at the Grand Canyon, if you were lucky enough to be there at the right time. Finally, this year my timing worked out and I spent a couple of days at the North Rim enjoying the light show. Sometimes the winds created horizontal rain that pinged your face and lens both. I loved it, and was able to work the scene between scattered rain. I wonder if I'll ever see this again....
I am a fan of your images Jeffrey. They are processed in a way that preserves their natural look. It's all about nature and atmosphere.
It's refreshing to see this in today's over-processed world.
Jeffrey, This is a very nice image. There is something majestic, powerful about those storms unleashing their pent up waters over the thirsty land. I love the North Rim and did my first overnight backpacking trip there last year.
