The unedited RAW file was very extreme. Therefore, I reduced both the color saturation and vibrance by -25. I never had to do that before... Afterwards, I cropped the image to a 16:9 aspect ratio. I really like it this way.

I had a few days off, and since it snowed here, which has been quite rare in recent years, I went out with the dog for 4-5 hours every day. She loved it. Each day, I had a different Batis lens on the camera. The great thing was that I didn't have to worry about the gear, even though it was snowing the entire time sometimes. The Batis 18 really is a fine lens. I've only had it for a few days, but I believe it's the Batis lens with the strongest microcontrast—even stronger than the Batis 25. For anyone who doesn't know what microcontrast is, just take a look at a few landscape shots taken with a Batis 18.
