Walking through downtown Anoka (A neighboring city that is the self-proclaimed 'Halloween Capitol of the World') Diane and I came across a shop called 'Redrum' (With the R backwards of course). It is a head-shop/tattoo-parlor with lots of very wickedly odd decorations scattered about. This guy jumped out at me for this months theme.
