Love this location! Here are three images from my trip to Mammoth.
Taken with my A7RII, ZF 28/2, CV 12/5.6 III and ZM 85/4 lenses.

Beautiful images, Fred! While all are wonderful, I really like image 3 the most! I love the clarity, composition, light, and reflection of that image. It really makes me want to be there!

Thanks! The thing about these clouds is that they don't move much.

I used a very long ND effect because the waters were very rough that day. It was equivalent to 8 stops.

All very nice but #1 (love the S creek and the warm light reflection in it) and especially #2 (yes, these puffy clouds are amazing) are special.

Oh, I like these a lot. Can't pick a preference. When I saw #2, I thought that it doesn't get much better than that. Then I saw #3, and I liked it best. Then I went back to #1 and was in awe of the detail in the darks. I give up - all are fantastic.
