I love the composition and the slow exposure showing the motion of the water...but that sky going from a deep blue to a very pale blue just doesn't seem right. Did you use a polarizer?

I have seen that center dark blue sky effect with my Sony 12-24 set for the widest or nearly widest focal length. I think it is some artifact of the optics.
