I spent the last few weeks traveling through Arizona and Utah to experience winter in these areas as I had some time off. It was really magical and I will definitely return in the winters going forward - the crowds are non-existent and these parks look surreal with the snow against the red rock. I also got lucky with permits to 'The Wave' (already have a post here with some photos) and 'The Subway', thanks to fewer people applying for the lottery.

Wow, these are great! I tried to get down there from SLC, but 1-15 was super dicey, so I gave up. Seeing these puts a smile on my face! Bet this was a trip being there almost by your self
