Its a very fun lens to shoot with- Even more so now that it has autofocus on my Z cameras! loud as hell but I will take it
It was ahead of its time a bit for a 28 1.4- I was lucky and got a like new copy of it.
If I had any complaints it would be it flares a bit to much so its hard to balance character vs distraction when shooting into the sun. I do love the loss of contrast you get though!
Went back and took the same shot as I did before the storm today (original shot from Friday first, then today. We got around a foot of snow.) Then one more. Z5 II with Tamron 16-30mm f/2.8:
We came over to Paris to celebrate our birthdays and after such a wonderful time, we seemed to feel down a couple of days before we had to leave. This just captured that feeling of always having memories of our time there.
