I'll let others inform about the Techart. A reliable and well made factory OEM or Novoflex one would be a huge boost for manual focus users.
1. All the focus aids work, as they do on all dumb adapters, but no EXIF or info is transferred.
2. I use and (for once) am entirely happy with the M>E Novoflex on Phillip Reeve's recommendation. This one:

There is a range of opinion on adapters and many get excellent results from cheaper ones. I'm too poor not to buy the best, and German gear is just that - the best.
The longer we go without word on an E vsn of the 75/1.5, the more likely a longer portrait focal length Voigtlander for Sony becomes, likely something special. Feb is a release month for Cosina, it's a way off still.
I think it was a wise decision by Cosina to make this 75/1.5 one, it's very different from the Leica offerings but more of an acquired taste, special colour and distinctive bokeh in a modern package with vintage overtones (sounds like a wine buff). Of course, the Leica reviewers don't like that it is not as sharp WO as their 75s.
On that front, the (2005) 75/2 M APO has a great reputation, but in an excellent comparison against the new SL 75/2, you can see the differences the modern lenses make.

Looking up the 50/2 APO from CV, its MTF is a virtual copy of the SL 75/2 APO, a little behind on axis at f2 but better corners, as good at f4 as the SL at f5.6; both were 20% stronger on axis compared to the M-APO 75/2. So that maybe raises the prospect of a 75/2 APO-Lanthar, though they would do better with an 85/2, 20mm on from the 65/2, and different from Leica, and new users are familiar - 85mm is a great all round FL.
75/1.5 review (most others are just Leica comparators) :

Thank you for your post and linking some reviews. I had already read the Phillip Reeve review and in reading the one at macfilos they had a link to an excellent review by Patrick Leong at Finding Range, here is the link:

I liked this review because he shot a lot of photos at f/1.5, including street scenes and portraits, plus some at f/8 that I could have taken myself. For me, the sharpness at f1.5 is just fine. I like this lens, but I am going to wait until February of next year to see if CV announces an E mount, as I really don't need the lens until then. My wife, who is from Thailand, and I are planning to spend 2-1/2 months in Thailand, we plan on leaving mid-February, hopefully with having had Covid vaccine shots, and staying thru the Songkran festivals in late April. This 75mm f1.5 lens would work perfect with my A7RIII as a 3 lens CV kit with the 21mm f/3.5 and 40mm f/1.2 Nokton. This will pair up with my Olympus EM1 MkIII and 12-40 and 40-150 f/2.8 Pro lenses giving me a (FF) 24mm to 300mm f2.8 range and a waterproof setup, perfect for the dousing that comes with the Songkran festivals. Plus I will carry the very small Laowa 7.5mm f/2, so 2 bodies and 6 lenses, that all fits nicely in a Mindshift bag that weighs in just under 6kg total.
