Come on...... I know some of you have this lens, please share some images? If you don't have any (new), go out get them. This lens is such a gem for 'daily life' pics

Yes, the focus breathing can be a bit tricky ... I know it gave me some issues for a while. Advice is to run some test shots to assess how much "mental adjustment" you have to make for one or two apertures (say, W.O. and f/2.8) as it compares to the calibration of your patch. Then you just "know" to "miss" by a smidge or two when shooting at certain apertures.
I really like how it renders, but have since gotten a different 75mm. That said, I do miss it at times. It might find its way back in my bag again, someday.

Like I do with all my lenses I spend time shooting not for images but for learning the lens. The image I posted above I sat on the wall along the boardwalk and just practiced different techniques for hitting focus as people walked by. In that scenario I used zone focus, refocus on a spot, and actual focusing as they moved. Various techniques provided better hit rates.
With this lens at wide apertures and close close to the subject I find that setting focus as best I can then leaning in and out slightly for fine adjustments works well.
This lens is my fav manual lens for portraits and landscape. Unique look, great sharpness and still compact. It's in my bag, with 2 other lenses, on any trip/holiday I make and know I'll be making images
I am also looking at this lens but I can’t find a lot of landscape pictures made by it. And that would be one of the main purposes for me. So if you have these, please share them here😊.

I don't often use this lens for landscapes because I have some zooms in this FL I take when shooting those. Here are a couple where I just happened to have it mounted when an opportunity presented itself. I think they show that it is a very good lens for that use case when I have tried it. Colors and rendering stopped down are very nice.
I noticed that all landscape pictures are very soft and lack sharpness. I had this lens on my wish list, but now I have real doubts. For nearby it seems excellent but for landscape it is not when I look at these pictures.
Oh wow. FINALLY. I've been hoping for an E-mount 75mm Nokton since the day first people got to use the VM version. Now only if they would announce a native 24-28mm option, I would have all the Voigtländer glass I ever needed (currently using 24GM). This 75mm will be must-have for me. I really love how it looks and it will pair up great with my 40mm SE. I've been resisting all the VM versions since I hate to adapt without Exif data.
