Excellent work. I think you must have a bit of Mathew Brady flowing through your veins. The toning really makes these look like actual period shots.

Try is I might, my search for "The Battle of Huntington Beach" comes up empty.

These are very nice and your post processing adds to the feel.

I have two great-grandfathers who were wounded and captured at Gettysburg. A portrait of one hangs in my living room. Through research and family stories I know a little about the horrors they and others endured. It was a sad time for our country. Most re-enacters that I've met have done their homework and understand this.
