Usually I see the word, "Hottie" in the title and I'm don't even look because I know it's just somebody's 4 year old ugly little grand daughter or their dog!!!
Maybe she's your grand daughter but what a pleasant surprise....., yes, an actual, "Hottie"!!! LoL

Why yes, the title is correct, that one is obviously a very attractive young woman, at least in respect to her eye and overall physique - large parts of her face obviously remain hidden.
Costume is very good, too. The only distracting element is the obviously very alife and very healthy eye. Now if there would have been contacts to make them example look gray ... ? Or if she had sunglasses or something.
Pose is excellent, too, exactly fitting to the zombie theme.
The background, I dunno. If you have a background like that, straight lines are somewhat preferable ? Not that many people will care.
