Rob - These are great shots, obviously the 1DX Mark III, at least in your hands, gets the job done well for Birds in Flight.
I am trying to determine if the best dual pixel autofocus (mirrorless mode) Canon offers is as good as the best phase detect autofocus they offer (DSLR mode) specifically in terms of focus tracking. Have you had the chance to compare the two with Birds in Flight? I assume the 1DX Mark III contains the best of both types autofocus. Would appreciate any comments you might have.
Superb Rob. In the right hands this camera will do wonders for sure. I love the last one of the tern with the catch and how you got the eyes of both.. Lovely.
