A beautiful set Gary! And one that really makes me homesick, especially in the fall. I lived about 25 minutes from the park for the first 31 years of my life. Like others have mentioned, I also have very fond memories from visiting the park over the years.
I visit there every time we go back to NY. The last time I was fortunate to have came home with a great multi-frame sunrise pano printed at 46x24 that hangs proudly on our wall. I had Robert Park @ Nevada Art Printers in Vegas do the print on Lumachrome for me and he did an amazing job. It makes me stop and daydream about being back there almost daily when I walk past it.
They were still working on the new bridge when I was there last and hadn't torn the old one down yet. I see in your images they have completed the project and the new bridge looks great! Not like the old one, but I think the new arch design makes up for it and esthetically blends with the park nicely.
Thanks for the trip down memory lane Gary!

Thanks for all the nice comments folks. It's very much appreciated. So nice to hear all the fond memories of the place I've called home for 64 years.
