I'm back! I found a 150-400 on Ebay and bought an OM-1. I'm going to try to love this rig and see if I can let go of my other large gear... we shall see!
Cooper's hawks at my local park busy building this year's nest. I followed this pair last year when they fledged five chicks, can't wait to see this year's group.

What is not to like with that image?

Thanks Tom. I love everything about it. I really like how this lens renders backgrounds, especially when shooting closer subjects. And the ability to handhold at very slow shutter speeds is very helpful. I'm excited to be using this rig again and participate more in this cool little M43 family here.

Welcome back, even though you root for the wrong team 😉

You might want to consider deleting your WTB ad now...
Thanks guys. If they never win again, that is ok, we got to see it. Hope your streak comes to an end soon too!
A friend of mine might want to buy the lens, so I'm going to leave the WTB ad up for now.

My 150 -400 f/4.5 just arrived. What beast. Now some better weather and birds would be nice.
I am wondering if I really need to keep the 300mm F/4 Prime?
It is an amazing lens, as is the 300. I wish I could have afforded to keep the 300 when I got the 150-400, just for times I want to carry a smaller kit without compromising optical quality.
