I don't like her armpit though. I don't think she should have worn a short sleeve like that. She sort of reminds me of a blonde version of the wife of Jack Ryan in Patriot games.
Lighting is beautiful and image quality is superb. I'm not crazy about the hands in the first two shots because it seems contrived and unnatural. In the last image they are fine because she is lying down so the hand position seems natural. The last image is a really great portrait.

First, these are killer portraits! Great job on the b&w conversion.
Now, having said that, I don't like the hand in the first image, but I'm good with them in the next two. In the first image, it's just coming from out of nowhere and, as others mentioned, just doesn't really make sense.
Overall, great job. I think I'm going to vote for this one!
