My "pups" loved the snow also Tammy! Jumping up to catch the large flakes, eating it and one of my little daughter's would love to walk on it after it hardened a bit and even take a nap on it!

Other than these, it has been a whacky Winter! Cold...mild..cool..warm..Lots of rain. That is ok...I don't need to be shoveling at 75 and a 150ft driveway!

Snow had been pretty non existent where we are on the coast..up until last Friday. then WHAM!!! They measured 22" at the Portland jetport (even more where we are) with two storms and number three is scheduled to hit tonight.
The snow is not so bad. the challenge is the mixed sleet and freezing rain that has come with it. Downed trees and powerlines....but it is so pretty.

Tammy, about 5 years ago we had "snowmageddon" here! 28" in just a day! 52" for that winter!
My snowblower broke a drive belt but the neighbors came to help everyone!

We are OK! husband has a plow and we have a snowthrower! Dogs are in heaven with all the snow...
