Last week I made a trip to Manitoba to photograph Great Grey Owls with some friends, however as luck would have it we saw very few owls and not one GGO. But there were other things to shoot.
Wow those are nice find regardless of the owls! Great Winter color Dave If I have my ID's correct Red Breasted Nuthatch, Bohemian Waxwing, Pine Grossbeak(female), Pine Grosbeak (male) and last Evening Grosbeak?
The first two I'm baffled
Sorry you didn't get the owl you were after, that happens most often for me but got lucky lately so perhaps next time is the Holy Grail for you buddy
