After watching an adult Hummingbird fly in and around one particular tree, I started looking in earnest for the nest. Incredibly hard to spot a nest, at least for me, given that they are only about the size of a 50-cent piece and always tucked back in amongst the branches. Anyway, I found the nest and it had two babies in it, on my first visit they were very small and one week later they were twice as big.
Very difficult to photograph, I did my best given how far back in the branches the nest was.
Great Shots Louie... TFS... I am always amazed by how the hummingbird chicks still manage to fit in their tiny nest during those last few days before they finally decide to leave the nest!
