Z-mount 65mm F2 Macro APO Lanthar with a Z6, Z8, or Z9, all hand-held.
Haven't used this lens a lot, so I don't have a lot to choose from, but since no one else has posted pics with this lens, here are some examples.

I've used it on my Sony - great lens!!
It's a beast - I refer to mine as "Big John" after Johann Christoph Voigtländer though I am sure the 110 is even bigger

Doug, the 65 is large-ish, but it feels well-balanced on my cameras. I really need to use it more often. I like the change of pace, taking my time with MF, and I usually like the results. The focus breathing still surprises me--I should know what to expect by now. For framing I just move closer or farther, as necessary, so that doesn't bother me much. What kinds of subjects do you favor for Big John on your Sony?

Hi Bob:
I haven't used it too much yet. I got it earlier this spring to photograph wild flowers. In the past, I used my old manual micro-Nikkor 55mm f2.8 with an adapter. That worked well, even on a 42 MP sensor, but I had heard such great things about the 65 and I love Voigtlander lenses - so I got one off the Buy & Sell board here.
Well, the weather didn't cooperate this year for wildflowers, so now I am looking at trying to get out and shoot mushrooms up close. We don't get the greatest of variety - not like deciduous forest in Europe or eastern US, but you take what Nature gives you.
As far as balance goes - you are right - it does balance well on the Sony A7RIII. It is actually a little lighter than my 24-105, but definitely heavier than my CV 35 and 50. "Big John" certainly isn't a backpacking lens, but I have taken it on long day hikes and have stitch some landscape panos with it.
