A very olde claw foot iron tub sits behind an olde still.
"Throw me a line, show me a sign
'Cause there's a fat man in the bathtub with the blues"...Little Feat
Thanks Kent! I tried to move it into a position for a better shot but the darn thing weighed a ton and was on a slope. So I just left it. The song entered my mind when trying to move it! That song and "Old Folks Boogie" remind me daily of my age!
Thanks!
Brilliant capture, Dan. Absolutely love the composition and tones, and I'm not generally fond of high contrast! The reflection in the front of the tub was a lovely bonus!

Thank you Ilya!
I agree about hi contrast images. I tried to position the cast iron tub in a more suitable position but it weighed over 50 lbs and had "claw feet" and was on a hill, and no matter where I wanted to put it, there was another complication.
The black rust,IMHO, off set the hi contrast porcelin. There was a nice crack in the end of the tub that allowed the porcelin to shine through and I wanted to keep that! I wanted to get the faucets more of separation from the white but couldn't get that correct!
Thanks!
Dan
