The eclipse was a super event here in NYC. I took these photos in Bryant Park behind the main branch of the NY Public Library. The park was mobbed with people out for the event. A very celebratory feeling in the air.

Hey Dan, my wife gave me a pair of these inexpensive cardboard glasses with special "film" lenses making the eclipse safe to view.
