Congratulations to Ross Martin for winning Feature Thread of the Week with 4 votes - View Previous Winners
I first visited southern Utah in 1999 and was immediately blown away, and 25 years later I still feel like a kid in a candy store when I return. Last month I was blessed to photograph many of my favorite areas there, some well known and others off the beaten path where I had total solitude. Hope you enjoy these views!
The 4WD road was worth the stress for this sunset view overlooking Glen Canyon

Stunning is an understatement of fact, Ross!

@douter Thanks so much, Douglas! It felt amazing to be there again, just so much youthful joy and sense of adventure that Utah sparks for this 58-year-old. Every trip there feels too short and I’m already yearning to go back.

Wundebar! Hard to pick a favorite, but the first is beautiful - did you camp there
Thanks very much, Jim! I don’t camp at Alstrom Point area because I have my travel trailer at the campground in Page. So I have to drive back down at night which I don’t enjoy in the dark. But the views are worth it!
@Danpbphoto@ I really appreciate your positive feedback, Dan! I feel a lot of passion for that area, it does great things for my soul.
No doubt about that Ross! Mother Nature is awe inspiring!
