Congratulations to J. Pow for winning Feature Thread of the Week with 2 votes - View Previous Winners
Probably just had one of the coolest trips I have ever had with my wife. She wanted to spend a week in Whistler Canada to have fun and promote our new natural energy product Vboost Energy Spray. We have mostly been there in the winter to snowboard. I would suggest a summer trip there for any outdoor enthusiast. She was amazing for just going all out on an action packed trip. We Zip lined, Bungee jumped, Hiked, Bob Sledded and Downhill Mountain biked. We even encountered a bear on a hike. Just kept moving on our way and it never followed us. . We left a little beat up physically but all good! In all the fun I had time to take a few pics. The scenery was AMAZING!

Spectacular views! Can you see the Vancouver skyline from Whistler?
-Charles
Thanks Charley. No, I dont believe so. I wasn't looking.... Vancouver is a ways away...about 110KM away. The views from the top of Whistler and Blackcomb Mt's were unbelievably beautiful!

I have been to Whistler during the summer many times Joel!
Did you drive up the road from Vancouver along the river? When I was there many years ago the eagles were so plentiful along that stretch!
It is a beautiful drive!
Well done all here!
Dan
Nice images Joel. I live on Vancouver Island so I am lucky I can go there whenever I want, just a wonderful ferry ride, I went in August 2019 and the bridge was absolutely packed with people and of course everyone was taking selfies.
What time did you take the photos?

Thank you very much!
We were up there twice. The first it was packed. The second we got an early start and waited at the connector trail head, which leads to the Peak Express lift, about 15 minutes before it opened at 11am. We then hiked fast down the trail and were the 5th group up to the lift. We were able to get alot of photos without a ton of people around. Then we hiked the High Note trail. Very cool.

It was magical Joel! I had just watched the "Dragon Boat" races in Vancouver then I drove up to Whistler for lunch and dinner!
Glad you took that drive!
Dan
Looks like fun! I love BC and finally drove north from Whistler last fall on a 3 week trip up to the Rockies. Pemberton is like a quiet Whistler without a big ski area.

Quite a unique mountain peak in the bg Joel!!!!
I was watching a documentary of the Angor Wat. Appears the Khmer Dynasty had mountains that had that peculiar phallic like peak and considered it a religious symbol to the gods!
