The wood ducks were enjoying a quiet day at Kissena Park as the North Easter approached and many people chose to stay home. For me it was an opportunity to shoot with fewer disruptions.

Nice Set!

The males are truly beautiful birds, and its such a drastic difference between the ladies and gents!

Terrific wood ducks Morris!

Much better looking than the Muskogee ducks that seem to always frequent the area by my house, heh.

The females have a more subtle beauty and stand out when compared to many other male ducks.

Wonderful shots, Morris.
No.s 2, 5, & 9 are my picks. Although I like the fall reflections in #2, I really think #5 is my favorite as it really shows the amazing patterns and colors of the male. Nice work!
