Bought this from MPB in Like New condition and it certainly was. Looks to have been converted to full spectrum by LifePixel based on a large sticker on the box. Selling because I'm going with a smaller setup. I'm rating it conservatively as a 9 but it's really in great shape and very low shutter count (under 8k).
Comes with an EN-EL15b battery (with some marker writing on one end), Nikon charger, L-bracket and the original box.
