Has anyone heard when the next group of the 100mm macro will ship ? I preordered and did not make the first cut. Just curious if anyone has heard anything.

We got ours months ago from a physical store, no preorder, not sure why there's a shortage of stock in the US, if you're comfortable purchasing from Australia and need it now, there's plenty of stock everywhere here, currently $1500.

Hi Roberta, I received my copy with the 1st batch. I haven't had a chance to shoot much with it. It is worth waiting because of insane stabilization for hand holding & sharpness. New Year's Eve, I was looking for lichen in the yard, fruiting, not much luck, but here are some shots w/ moss.
