Very nice capture! Brian’s a wild man in concert! I’ll see him in a couple weeks and see if I can get him to stand still long enough for a quick portrait! Love his music!

Many thanks Larry!
I have photographed Brian and his bands for over 25 years.
I have photos, I must post, when he was a regular of the Washington area "Capital Jazz Fests" of years ago. This is from Rehobeth Beach last Fall.

Fantastic images, Dan. I actually like the funky colors. I think there is a bit of a faded or vintage hue to them, which makes me enjoy them even more.

These are all from film and scanned Charles. Not the best but has an "era-esque" vibe to them The festivals, concerts, shows I photographed for, the musicians did NOT want a "glossy photo". "Funky" is thee exact word some used. Especially Brian Culbertson. His past few tours are called his "FUNK" tour.
Thanks Charles!

I don't know if you would agree, Dan, but there is a "feel" to film that digital cannot emulate. But perhaps I am a dinosaur for believing that.

NO you are NOT a dinosaur at ALL Charles. I agree 100%.
It is like the olde classic cars" of my youth. Fun, built like a tank, easy to repair, great looking and if treated correctly..may las forever!!!
The pictures I uploaded lost something in the "upload" to FM. They appear oof and a bit crappy. Not sure why. I tried and retired but the image file remained whacko after the upload.
Thanks brother!

Thanks Parul. Need to re-calibrate my scanner. These are film scans.
