Looks like you got good fore to back sharpness, how much tilt and what f/stop did you use?
No sky replacement
I don't keep track and there is no exif (all manual Mamiya lens on a ROKR adapter w/no electronics. Not much tile for a shot like this - maybe a degree or two.
