For some reason, my old account just couldn't login to the site any longer - I get the "Access denied" white page.
I tried everything, clearing cache and trying on different laptops and different browsers. I also sent message to sales@fredmiranda, fm@fredmiranda and PM on social media.
To no avail, I just created a new account and report on the forums - hoping for help to resolve my issue. Thank you!
I’m having similar issues only it happens before I even log in! If I use a private tab on my iPad using cellular only I seem able to access FredMiranda and even log into my account. It seems my home IP blocked?!
Can you login on other devices? It's not clear if there is an issue with your account or your device.
There was a site wide outaage last week, but this appears to be different.

I can only speculate here but based upon that "x"..there may be a "red flag" in your profile.
Have you contacted Fred concerning this matter?
Yeah, I don't know how/why I got the red flag all of a sudden. Hence, I created this new account to try and get more information (until I recover my old account). I tried contacting Fred - through email and message in social media. However, I don't think it's being actively monitored? I messaged last month, but still not received any responses.
Appreciate the help. Also, if anyone ever contacted Fred, let me know how (I already emailed sales@ and fm@, and messaged IG and FB).
I am having this same problem whenever I start my browser with an FM tab open. Selecting that tab refreshes it and I get the "Access Denied" message. I can go into the browser (Safari) settings and clear my cache, etc. for FM, then close the FM tab and the browser, wait a few seconds, then reopen the browser and open a new tab for FM and I'm able to log in again. But if I close Safari, or even use it for several minutes, the FM tab will randomly give me the "Access denied" message upon the next click on that tab.
I understand the site has had some problems with hacker attacks recently, but that the problem had been cleared up. However, it is continually frustrating to have to repeat the process every single time I use the site. I hope Fred (and his team?) can get this figured out.
