When shopping at Costco I met Anica, an exuberant young woman working her last day in the optical department. She and her sister are moving to Denver. I guessed that she spent a lot of time assembling her unique look, but more than that, it is different every day and she has no particular theme in mind, it's freestyle. She did say she does assemble special looks for different holidays - I would have liked to see a couple.
The lighting in Costco isn't great but I think I captured Anica's essence with this shot.
