i went out yesterday morning to see if my favorite site to take pictures had been reopened. it had been closed due to flooding from the recent rains. i was very happy to see it had been opened. it was a beautiful sunny morning with very little wind. the birds were active. i got my best bald eagle pictures so far. i saw egrets for the first time this year. really struggling with the bright whites. i saw a great horned owl for the first time in several years. it was a great morning to be out taking pictures. thanks for looking.
