Not bad for a pre-dinner shoot, and a new type of shooting. Some tips:
For #1 image, that was a good place to shoot from with that manhole cover in the lower corner.
For #2 image, a decent spot, but maybe better a couple feet back, and twice as many to camera left to gets the white walkway strips to merge more in a point.
For #3 image, not such a good spot, or cropped too tight.
For #4 image, some don't think it fair or good to shoot people that might appear homeless...
The rest are good street type shots, with last one maybe suffering with the people in darkness so to speak.

Great feedback, I wondered about the homeless/unhoused woman... it was the American flag blanket, her situation and in the nations capitol the attracted me to that story, but I get the sentiments, good to know. Thank you for taking the time.
Very well done compositions here Lance!
The homeless situation, youth violence, gang violence(not of the MS13 type just crowds of kids), shootings....bad karma here!
Your narrow frame lends to the point-of-attention.
Chinatown is great!

Thanks Dan, wish I would had a little more time to get deeper into Chinatown and head over to the monument, but just a short trip.
The "main" areas of DC are fine! If you carry a camera around your neck...."head on a swivel"....that goes for ANYwhere in DC.
Have fun!
