Hey everyone I tried searching for this but didn't see any topics regarding the situation. I've been looking at getting a Canadian 50mm Summicron with the Tiger's Paw as I want to try out one of the copies when Mandler was in Canada and they go for a pretty decent price right now but I haven't seen anything about how easy/hard it is to swap out the paw for a standard focus tab.
I was able to do it myself for my rokkor-m 40mm F2 and I've seen people say it's possible with the tiger's paw but with the 40mm there was multiple videos and websites with pictures on how to do it. I haven't seen any for the tiger paw summicron.
Have any of you done the swap out on this lens? If so how easy/hard was it, even better if you compare to how easy/hard was it to the 40mm rokkor/summicron. Any visual aids would be greatly appreciated as well.
