Man I sure do love this lens. So first let me explain that this is not my widest lens. I have a 20mm 1.8 as well and in hindsight might have been better in this situation but i wanted to be able to act fast and pivot once that sun comes up to get some shots closer in. This is why that 24-120 is such a great lens. I can do landscape fairly wide and then punch in without having to swap lenses. This is an obvious stitch but I think it turned out pretty great. It was crazy cold, about 22F outside while i waited an hour for the sun to come up. Lets just say once the sun came up i wasnt out too long and bolted back to the car.

Stunning shot! I marveled the Bryce Canyon two years ago in the winter, it was incredible. I know rock the ZR with 24-120 F4 and this shot really wants me to go again this summer and follow your frame

You took your frames at 24mm to stitch later? Madlad!
I love Bryce, nice pic.
ha i did, took a little planning but i captured the middle frame first to make sure I snagged the right sunburst then took the left and right, 3 frames in all. Might have turned out better using a nodal slide. But i do have an acratech long lens head, with a leveler on the tripod so that definitely helped get a clean pano.

Beautiful photo! I personally would let the sky be a bit brighter, as it feels too dark to me in relation to the foreground, but that's just one person's suggestion.
