Is this some kind of tricky test?
The obvious answer is that the two guys are the same person, but maybe they are identical twins with the same tattoo.

So very true, however, studio shoots, event photography, still life, and landscapes are usually planned to some extent. Street and wildlife photography have additional variables likely beyond the photographer's control or foreknowledge but can sure gratify the photographers hopes and aspirations when the camera gods smile. I think we used to call it "f/8 and be there".

If you shot in the film era for stock you know about similars since you had to submit original slides. The goal was for them to be just about the same so you shot a half dozen with whatever drive speed there was for various agencies, and kept a few.
Obviously it did not work for all dynamic situations.
