p.1 #1 · Just back from Junction, TX -- birder's heaven in May
I love Junction, TX. Aside from the fact that it is a small, friendly town in a beautiful location, it is a haven for wildlife and especially bird variety during the springtime.
Here are a few of the images I came back with. I got several shots of birds I've never photographed before -- like the 'White-eyed Vireo' and an 'Ash-throated Flycatcher'. I've included one scenic along the South Llano River just for context.

Very nice set Greg and a pretty place for shore. We drove through there during our eclipse trip and enjoyed the sights. Lots of wildflowers as well. You centrally had lots of variety and lovely environments for these well photographed attractive birds.
