While photographing diving Ospreys one of the adult eagles from the nest with Junior and Princess was capturing a snake to feed the chicks.
The eagle flew low along the shoreline, sat on a branch and then took off for the last 50 yards to the nest.
The long composite gives yu a sense of why kayaing photography is so good. The guy in the kayak is y friend Ken who got me into kayaking a dozen years ago, taught me all I know about kayaking photography, and is an accomplished bird photographer.
I was further away from the shore photographing Osprey diving, Ken was able to get closer. Even at my distance the shots wee plentiful.
