The silhouettes of two companions emerge briefly against the brightness, while their elongated shadows stretch toward the viewer, creating a visual connection between subject and observer. What drew me to this scene was the contrast between the fleeting presence of the figures and the enduring geometry of light, stone, and space.

I understand this is not the Critique forum, but if I may take a liberty? I'm not sure about the smearing on foreground cobbles and area along shadow's edge up to gentleman's silhouette. That said, I think the sun's rays, the building framing, and processing are well done.
