Yesterday we had to put Rylee to rest. We took her on her last adventure with us to the Outer Banks, NC. It was a 9 day trip. She did great. We went to a few outside restaurants with her, had ice cream, did some small hikes (mostly in her stroller), car rides and three different camp sites with our trailer, which she loved. She started going down hill a little on our day back home and the next day we had to make a very hard decision. She was 15 1/2 and we had her for 14 1/2 years as we got her at one year old. She was the sweetest and will dearly be missed. Here are a few of her pictures along our time together.
Rob and Amy, I'm so sorry to hear that Rylee is gone. I have enjoyed seeing her images over the years and you put together a great photo tribute to her here. What a sweet beautiful dog.
I'm sorry to hear of Rylee's passing. It is never easy to see them cross that bridge. I/we have been there far too many times.
Perhaps you can take comfort in the thought that as soon as Rylee arrives at the peaceful end of her journey she will begin to search for the perfect candidate to send to you to continue her task of providing endless love and affection.

You forgot to mention she was your #1 photo and video subject . My condolences on your loss.
Kenzie is the one you are thinking of for the photos and videos. She is only 4 and doing well. I wish I took more of all our pets along the way. Kenzie we decided to do that with and have documented her life much more than our other pets.
THEE hardest "thing" in my life to date was the passing of my "4 legged children" Rob!
They provided me with a love I have never known except from my wife.!
My "children" went to "rest" at 10 years..Not long....She had a very long life! She sits at the "Right Hand of the Father" now Rob!
I am not going to "heaven" so I hope that the "Rainbow Bridge" has room for me! I can't wait to see them again!
RIP "daughter"! Say "Hi" to my kids for me please!
