Hi Wayne, I definitely like this image, a very clever take to the theme!
I belive you could even try a tighter crop cutting out the ground part of the image to get a really eye-puzzling picture, made only of black and white stripes.
Please don't crop out the ground part.
It's the part of you picture where you can rest your eyes.
I would definitly try to crop out the black shadow on the left.

Wow thanks everyone for the replies, It was just one of the many shots taken at a visit to a local zoo, I never really thought about the assignment until I converted it to black & white, had a few dilemas about the cropping, but decided to leave as is.
