Nice catch. I'm a little confused by the colours, though. The foliage in the foreground is almost blue-green, while in the background it is obviously more yellow. Did you tweak the colours or use a specialized filter? If you did, I'd be curiousto know what the original scene looked like. If not, this is a fascinating image. Good luck!
Richard, to handle the differences in light levels the picture is a combination of two exposures, one metered for the inside and one for the outside. I blended them using a layer mask to paint in parts from each layer. It's quite possible the shadowy interior shot took on a more bluish cast, I didn't pay attention to the white balance when I took the pictures. I like the resulting contrast between inside and outside though so I didn't change the colors.
